You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement for Pepper Square and its clients. You will be responsible for promoting our campaigns using omnichannel that align with our overall marketing initiatives.

Technical

  • Must have - Social Media Platforms Expertise (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, Analytics & Reporting, Trend Spotting, Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Paid Social Media Campaigns.
  • Good to have – Copy Writing, Email Marketing Tools, Public Relations and SEO.

Others

  • Experience working in the IT, Retail, Food and B2B industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and emotional awareness to connect with the audience and manage online interactions thoughtfully.
  • Proficient at juggling multiple social platforms, campaigns, and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset.

Your job consists of

Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute a well-structured social media content calendar that aligns with campaign goals, while optimizing the content that resonate with the target audience and maximize engagement.
Industry Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices to identify opportunities and drive innovation in campaign strategies.
Creative Acumen: Generate innovative, standout ideas for content and campaigns that capture audience attention and differentiate the brand in a crowded digital space.
Analytical Skills: Monitor and respond to social media engagement while analyzing campaign performance to creatively address challenges like underperforming content or algorithm shifts.
Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, technology and video teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of campaign assets.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with online communities by actively engaging with followers and building meaningful connections that enhance brand loyalty.
Adaptability: Effectively manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines, maintaining consistency and quality while adapting to changing priorities and trends.
Result-Oriented: Ensure campaigns are executed on time, continuously optimizing strategies for maximum visibility and measurable engagement outcomes.
Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges such as underperforming campaigns or platform algorithm changes with creative solutions that keep strategies on track.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing.
