What is this job all about?
Stories win because they fulfill a need by offering a new perspective, bringing clarity, and creating an experience that people can relate to. You are responsible for intuitively mapping clients' strategic initiatives with creative strategies and ideas, translating them to an expected content asset, be it Videos, Podcasts, Interviews, Films, Blogs, Websites, Branding, Marketing, Social Media narratives, etc.

Technical
- Must have - Creative writing, Editing, Proofreading, Content development, Brand positioning, Storytelling, Creative direction, Digital marketing, and Blog writing.
- Good to have – Marketing and Branding, User persona, Journey mapping, Research, Information Architecture, and Ideation.
Others
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English with interpersonal skills.
- Impactful presentation style.
- Experience providing creative inputs, ensure they match the brand/product/service strategy and vision.
Your job consists of
Strategic Thinking: Define content roadmaps for new business, develop and track success criteria, and create strategies that drive organic customer engagement through well-crafted content across digital platforms.
Industry Expertise: Provide creative solutions to business challenges while leveraging expertise in content writing to drive customer engagement and growth through websites, social media, blogs, and videos.
Creative Acumen: Apply storytelling techniques and creative concepts to develop engaging digital experiences.
Analytical Skills: Track and measure the effectiveness of content initiatives using key performance indicators, continuously optimizing content across various channels for maximum impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align content strategies with business objectives, and assist in the development of campaigns and collateral to support marketing efforts.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted creative advisor, ensuring content meets their needs and fosters long-term engagement.
Adaptability: Repurpose and optimize content across different channels to stay relevant and adaptable to changing business needs and market trends.
Result-Oriented: Drive measurable results by developing content strategies that align with key performance metrics, focusing on organic customer acquisition and the overall success of marketing campaigns.
Problem-Solving: Provide innovative, creative solutions to business challenges by transforming complex ideas into engaging and impactful written content.
