What is this job all about?

You are responsible for interaction with prospects/partners/clients to understand requirements, identify their pain points, and suggest suitable service offerings. Respond to RFI/ RFPs, prepare collaterals and present the advantages of the solution & business cases to drive the discussions from qualification till closure.
Experience: 6-8 years
Location: Bengaluru

Technical

  • Must have - Pre-sales, Negotiation skills, Collateral development, Campaign Management, Prospect Relationship building, CRM tools, Office 365 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Good to have – Figma, Communicating with prospects in the US and India, Marketing skills, UX Design and Software Engineering industry insights.

Your job consists of

Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team, set clear goals, and drive performance.
Strategic Thinking: Aggressively pursue prospects in the US using research best practices while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to identify new areas of opportunity.
Sales Acumen: Operate with a sense of urgency and assertiveness to achieve targets, while managing a pipeline of opportunities from personal networks and the company’s lead generation efforts.
Analytical Skills: Provide precise inputs gathered from prospects for presentations, proposals, and POCs.
Team Management: Create collaterals/presentations by collaborating with the internal team for clients/partners.
Relationship Building: Build strong bonds with design, content, engineering, and digital marketing teams to support upselling and cross-selling efforts.
Adaptability: Operate with a sense of urgency and assertiveness to achieve targets and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Result-Oriented: Focus on managing a pipeline of opportunities through personal networks and lead generation activities to drive results.
Problem-Solving: The ability to identify challenges, find creative solutions, and overcome obstacles in the sales process.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Management. MBA will be a plus.
