What is this job all about?

Being technical is great but having a creative vision is essential. The role of the animator is to be both imaginative and precise to craft engaging visual narratives that hold attention in a world of short attention spans. You will play a vital role in creating motion graphics, animations, and video edits that are visually striking, emotionally resonant, and aligned with behavioural insights. Responsible for conceptualizing, animating, and editing high-quality videos and graphics for both client and internal needs.

Location: Bengaluru

Skills

Technical

  • Must have - Motion design and animation (After Effects, Adobe Animate, or Blender), Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro), Visual storytelling through animation, Sound design and syncing, Proficiency with AI-assisted design or animation tools.
  • Good to have - Illustration and design (Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D animation and compositing, Script writing and creative direction.

Others

  • Strong grasp of storytelling, design principles, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to blend creativity with technical precision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple animation and video projects under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating the impact of visual content.

Your job consists of

Creative Direction: Transform scripts, storyboards, and ideas into visually engaging animated narratives that align with brand and campaign goals.
Production Expertise: Develop visual styles, motion techniques, and animation strategies that bring static concepts to life with clarity and emotional impact.
Execution Excellence: Create seamless, high-quality animations and video edits using advanced motion graphics and post-production tools while maintaining consistency and precision.
Post-Production: Edit, animate, composite, and fine-tune visuals with sound design, color correction, and effects to deliver polished, impactful content optimized for digital and offline platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all animated and video outputs.
Problem-Solving: Offer innovative animation and visual solutions to creative challenges, ensuring the content stands out and resonates with the intended audience.
Adaptability: Repurpose and optimize animated and video content for multiple digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Animation, Design, Film, Multimedia, or related fields
