Your job consists of

Leadership: Lead and coach cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to thoroughly understand project requirements and objectives and stay updated on trends, changes, and competitor actions that could impact the client's business.
Delivery Acumen: Own project budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements to achieve strategic project objectives.
Analytical Skills: Produce monthly and quarterly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Team Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients, fostering strong client relationships.
Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships and ensure smooth transitions by closely working with cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients.
Adaptability: Adapt strategies based on market trends, changes, and competitor actions that could impact the client's business.
Result-Oriented: Ensure the team achieves project objectives and aligns their efforts with the company's broader business goals.
Problem-Solving: Identify and manage engagement risks, proactively flagging and addressing issues to mitigate potential disruptions.

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s in any field.
