As a “People Delight Catalyst” is responsible for driving employee happiness by crafting meaningful experiences that build a strong sense of belonging and engagement within the organization. From planning high-energy events to curating employee engagement and managing merchandise, this role blends creativity, empathy, and coordination to make every team member feel valued.

Skills

Technical

  • Must have - Event and engagement planning, Vendor management (for gifts, merchandise, event needs), Budget tracking & reporting and Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
  • Good to have – Knowledge of design tools (Canva or Figma), Creating survey forms and Understanding of branding and merchandise sourcing platforms.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Your job consists of

Leadership: Take initiative in planning and executing engagement activities with minimal supervision and proactively drive efforts that boost team morale.
Strategic Thinking: Design initiatives with a clear purpose and long-term impact on team morale and culture.
Industry Expertise: Bring best practices in employee engagement, workplace culture and corporate gifting from across industries.
Experience Acumen: Design and deliver consistent, delightful experiences throughout the employee journey from onboarding to birthdays and anniversaries.
Analytical Skills: Track engagement metrics, budget spend, and feedback to iterate and improve future experiences and campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with people experience team, admin, design, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.
Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality experience.
Adaptability: Be ready to pivot plans, handle last-minute changes, and adapt experiences to suit both remote and in-office teams.
Result-Oriented: Deliver experiences that reflect company values, enhance team culture, and support employee retention goals.
Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve event hiccups, merchandise delays, while maintaining a positive, solution-focused mindset.

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource or a related field.
