What You Will Own:

• Own end-to-end delivery by leveraging AI tools, automation, and workflow
• Drive client outcomes by combining strong program management with AI-enabled insights and decision-making
• Build automated governance systems, proactive risk detection mechanisms, and real-time reporting frameworks
• Design and implement workflows that reduce manual effort, improve team efficiency, and scale execution across programs

What Makes You Fit:

• Proven experience managing programs and leading teams with AI first approach
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow design (no-code/low-code is a plus)
• Ability to replace manual processes with scalable, system-driven execution
• Experience in managing complex, multi-account delivery environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency, speed, and optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
