Skills

Technical

Must have - Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe XD, Xmind, Video Editing, Responsive, web and mobile app designs.

Good to have – HTML5, CSS, Jira, Video Editing.

Others

Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Use best practices to deliver high-quality designs; Unit-test designs for development, including edge cases, usability, and scalability.
Review requirements, wireframes, and designs for technical feasibility.

Your job consists of

Strategic Thinking: Responsible for strategy, branding, conceptualization, ideation, and visualization to deliver design-driven solutions that simplify the user experience and address business challenges.

Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with various industries such as BFSI, Travel and Hospitality, Healthcare and Fitness, Technology, E-commerce, and Energy.

Creative Acumen: Expert in responsive web design with a mobile-first approach, applying Apple’s Human Interface and Google Material Design guidelines for cross-platform consistency, and skilled in typography, color theory, and illustration to create engaging visual designs.

Analytical Skills: Participate in usability testing and user research, gathering user feedback at all stages and documenting it thoroughly.

Collaboration: Work closely with creative writers, engineers, digital marketers, and quality engineers, delivering solutions through an iterative process.

Relationship Building: Establish cross-functional relationships to ensure high-quality designs are implemented effectively.

Adaptability: Apply design principles flexibly across multiple platforms, following best practices for responsive and adaptive web design.

Result-Oriented: Ensure high-quality, consistent designs aligned with business goals and user needs.

Problem-Solving: Proven understanding of web, mobile application, and website design processes, with rapid prototyping to solve design challenges effectively.

Qualification

Bachelor/Masters in design.
