Creative Director, Video Storytelling

As the Creative Director Video Storytelling, you will lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution of high- impact video content that inspires, informs, and emotionally connects with audiences. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate ideas into compelling narratives, guiding every stage of production from concept to screen with a blend of artistic storytelling and strategic thinking.

Technical
- Must have - Screenwriting, storytelling, editing, cinematography, creative strategy, sound editing, visualization, B2B and B2C experience, Corporate videos, tools and techniques of film making.
- Good to have – Special effects, 3D, motion graphics, VFX and compositing.

Your job consists of
Leadership: Provide complete creative direction from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that each video production aligns with client expectations while fostering a workspace culture that promotes creativity, productivity, and overall team well-being.
Strategic Thinking: Formulate and implement effective video content strategies by researching industry trends, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to plan for upcoming services and product campaigns, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on creative quality.
Creative Acumen: Drive the creative process by leading script development, casting, set design, location scouting, and directing on set, while also collaborating with animators and motion graphics designers to enhance the visual storytelling and bring imaginative concepts to life with clarity and impact.
Analytical Skills: Continuously assess the effectiveness of video strategies and production workflows by benchmarking against industry standards, analyzing project outcomes, and maintaining accurate inventory of tools and equipment to support timely and seamless execution of projects.
Team Management: Oversee the selection and coordination of crew, casting, and post-production staff to ensure that every member contributes effectively to the project, while also managing external vendors for equipment rentals and ensuring smooth team operations from pre-production through delivery.
Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted video consultant to clients by building strong, collaborative relationships and working closely with internal teams such as Design, Content, Sales, and Marketing to ensure every project reflects a unified and client-focused vision.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting creative and production plans in response to feedback, shifting requirements, or on-the-ground challenges, and maintaining productivity in a variety of production environments, timelines, and team compositions.
Result-Oriented: Ensure that every video production meets or exceeds expectations by delivering on time, within budget, and at the highest creative standard, while continuously seeking ways to optimize production quality and client satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve creative, technical, or logistical issues during all phases of production, using clear communication and resourceful thinking to maintain project momentum and ensure a smooth and successful final delivery.
