What is this job all about?
Being technical is great but having a vision is essential. The role of the cinematographer is to be both technical and creative and tell an inspiring story. When user attention diminishes within a few seconds, you play a vital role in creating videos and shaping their creative aesthetic to perfection based on behavioural science. Responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos and photos to meet both client and internal needs.

Technical
- Must have - Editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro), Color correction and grading (DaVinci Resolve or LUT workflows), Sound design and audio editing, Camera operations and cinematography fundamentals, and Proficiency with AI assisted editing tool.
- Good to have - Creative Direction, Script Writing and Motion graphics.
Others
- Strong grasp of storytelling, photography, and videography.
- Ability to blend creative vision with technical execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Your job consists of
Creative Direction: Translate scripts, storyboards, and ideas into compelling visual narratives that align with brand and campaign strategies.
Production Expertise: Analyse scripts and decide on the best visual approach, locations, equipment, lighting, and framing to bring the story to life.
Execution Excellence: Participate in creative discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and maintain consistency across all visual elements by adhering to brand guidelines.
Analytical Skills: Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives and user needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, while communicating progress, timelines, and challenges to keep projects on track.
Relationship Building: Foster trust and alignment by engaging in collaborative efforts with team members and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while remaining open to constructive feedback to enhance skills.

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
