Forward Deployed Engineer

What you will own:

• Embed directly with clients, understand their systems, gaps, and goals before writing a single line of code.
• Build and deploy full-stack solutions across web, mobile, and cloud from prototype to production.
• Identify where AI and automation can remove friction in client workflows and build the systems that do it.
• Own the digital experience layer, performance, accessibility, and design system implementation on client products.
• Translate client requirements into technical decisions and explain those decisions back in plain language.
• Surface blockers, gaps, and opportunities early for all client account.

What Makes You Fit:

• 4–5 years in a full-stack engineering role with direct client exposure.
• Comfortable across the stack – front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AI tools and automation.
• Strong communicator who can sit in a client meeting, ask the right questions, and earn trust fast.
• Thrives in ambiguity – you figure out what needs to be built before anyone tells you.
• Leadership confidence - calm, decisive, and credible in front of clients and internal teams alike
• Highly proactive with a relentless getting-things-done attitude - anticipates rather than reacts
